Anna
The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean, although a bit small for 8 people. The basic amenities were provided and the prices were very reasonable. it was a good value for money.
That the rooms didn't have very thick curtains or blinds, so it was a little chilly and bright in the mornings. Other than that, everything was ok.

Free breakfast and great location. Holiday base for trip in Cardiff.

The location was ok and the breakfast was also ok (toast, cornflakes). There was free tea all day long. The price-performance ratio was very good.
The internet only worked in the common rooms. The toilets and especially the shower were not very clean.

Reasonable price, included breakfast, free WiFi, ideal location for Ashes test match, vintage tourism posters, DVD-filled TV room.

The room was well equipped, everything was very clean. The price-performance ratio could not have been better. Only 10 minutes walk from the city center.

It was orderly and peaceful, clean and friendly environment. Value for money and I loved it.
The quality of bread available for breakfast was poor and there was no brown bread.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the price was incredibly affordable, making it perfect for short stays. The location was ideal, just a two-minute walk from the city center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service. They were helpful and attentive to the details. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds and basic amenities. The breakfast, served in a pleasant atmosphere, was a great start to the day.
No significant improvements needed.

I did not like it at all.The room was not clean and in poor state of repair.Simple facilities like cupboard was broken. There was no mirror in the room and no towels. The rates are comparable to Holiday Inn but facilities are not.It is good for a single person for short stay only and is comparable to hostel/dormitory for students.

I had a really enjoyable stay at a hostel in Cardiff recently. The location was great, only about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The hostel had large bathrooms and a spacious kitchen where they provided breakfast with tea, coffee, cereals, and toast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free wifi worked well on all floors. There were plenty of rooms to relax in, including a communal area with a pool table and an internet room.
That the mattresses in the dormitory were quite thin and the bunk beds were a bit rickety.

The only thing I could complain about was noise , and the how horrendously heavy the door was and the loud bangs every 5 seconds when one closed .

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated very close to the city centre, and we could walk to most places in no time at all. The hotel was also near to public transportation, making it easy for us to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and we appreciated the modern facilities available. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay a lot more comfortable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
